Después de ver distintas recetas en muchos lugares, en inglés y español, esta es mi versión: After seeing diferents recipes at many places, in english and spanish, this is my version:
4 tazas de hojuelas de avena1/2 taza de hojuelas de coco sin endulzar
1/2 taza de amaranto
4 cucharadas de semillas de linaza
3 cucharadas de semillas de sésamo (ajonjolí)
1/4 de taza de semillas de girasol o calabaza
1/2 taza de nueces mixtas picados
2 cucharaditas de canela
1 cucharadita de sal
1/4 taza de azúcar morena
1/4 taza de aceite de canola
3 cucharadas de miel
1 cucharada de jarabe de maple puro
2 cucharaditas de extracto de vainilla puro
2 tazas de frutas secas mezcladas
Precalienta el horno a 180°C. En un tazón grande, combina todos los ingredientes excepto los frutos secos. Revuelve bien para incorporar. Extiende la mezcla en la bandeja para hornear, en una capa uniforme. Hornea de 20 a 30 minutos (dependiendo de lo dorado que te gustaría), revolviendo cada 8 minutos. Retira la granola del horno y deja enfriar completamente. Una vez que la mezcla de granola está fría, agregar y mezclar la fruta seca....... y a disfrutar!!!

1/2 cup unsweeteend coconut flakes 1/2 cup amaranth
4 tablespoons flax seeds
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/4 cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup mixed nuts, chopped
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 cups mixed dried fruit
Preheat the oven to 360 °F. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the fruit. Stir well to incorporate. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet, spreading it out into an even layer. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes (depending on the depth of golden you want), stirring every 8 minutes. Remove the granola from the oven and and cool completely. Once the granola is cool, mix in the dried fruit..... and enjoy!!!

I make mine almost exactly the same - it is good isn't it. Sometimes I will put a cup of it into a muffin mix also or bread and it always taste great that way too.
